The Delaware National Forest and the Suydam Wildlife Sanctuary surround the area, providing beautiful
tree-lined roads and a tranquil and private natural setting. White Mills is situated in northeastern Pennsylvania, about twelve miles from the New York state border. The town is near the original Woodstock music festival site and is nestled between the historic towns of Hawley (founded 1792) and Honesdale (founded 1827), connected by Route 6. Although the White Mills community is delightfully exclusive in a small country setting, nearby communities offer all the amenities and conveniences one could want, from cinemas, restaurants, antique shops and even 24/7 superstores.
