The fine art, antiques and furniture represent a lifetime of collecting by the owners. The art ranges from a 16th-century old master painting to contemporary art. The antiques include an 1836 Biedermeier sofa, an exceptional 1930s billiard table and an important stained glass window.
All walls, electrical and plumbing are new. The new HVAC is divided into four zones for economy of heating and air conditioning. New windows, doors and trim have been added to match the original character of the architecture (Bauhaus Modern, emphasizing symmetry and balance).
